Mary's Bench at San Elijo Lagoon
On 17 February 2009 a bench was placed alongside the trail at the San Elijo Ecological Reserve in Mary's memory. Here is a photo of the bench and a map of the reserve and the placement of the bench.
The bench was placed at a location intermediate between existing benches along the path where a resting place was needed.
To reach San Elijo Lagoon Visitor's Center take the Manchester off ramp from I5 and proceed west approximately 1 mile. The parking lot is on the left and poorly marked, but directly across from a water treatment facility. http://www.sanelijo.org/
